Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Íntimo (intimate care products)
- Gift Sets that have been opened or partially used
- Any products with broken seals or opened packaging
We make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective—please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Package your items securely, include the original packing slip or order confirmation, and ship to our New York facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
