Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Íntimo (intimate care products)
  • Gift Sets that have been opened or partially used
  • Any products with broken seals or opened packaging

We make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective—please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

4 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
